Refund policy

We want you to love your DERMÉ products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at dermelabs.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders where the product has been used, or where the customer has changed their mind after purchase. All sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
