Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery takes 5–7 business days after fulfillment.

Standard shipping is $9.99 on all individual products. Free shipping is automatically applied to The Complete Routine — no code needed.

We currently ship within the United States only.
